Our
Mobile Trailer Units are the most popular product we
manufacture.
Trailer Units provide
you with a greater range of flexibility and options. A Trailer Unit eliminates the
need to convert an existing vehicle into a full time wash unit.
Trailers can be customized to fit all sizes and shapes of
water tanks, generators, pumps, and hose accessories.
Some trucks and vans are limited by the amount of space they
provide in the cargo area.
Mobile Trailer Units range in size from small starter units
to full size wash centers.
Only high quality steel channel is used
in the construction of our mobile wash units. We use thicker gauge
steel to provide you with a unit that will last longer and work
harder under stress.
We do not spot weld any of our units. All joints are
welded completely to provide added
strength.

Some units are galvanized to provide the
highest durable, weather-proof surface. The galvanized units do not
require painting and can work for years with little
maintenance.

duty Honda engines, 5.5hp (GX160K1QX) with oil alert.
- Polyethylene
Transport Tanks sizes ranging from 100 - 535 gal.
- Heavy
duty carbon steel constructed trailers with Torflex
axle.
- Carbon
steel diamond plate flooring.
- Totally
closed trailer with expanded #9 metal with two hydraulic doors and
one tail gate.
- Commercial
duty Mitsubishi generators.
- Triplex
ceramic plunger, oil-bath pump with durable brass
head.
- Automatic
bypass system.
- Chemical
injection system with 15 gallon poly tank.
- Heavy
duty "Reel Quick" hose reel. 5000psi swivel holds 100 feet of 3/8"
high pressure hose.
- 50
or 100 feet 3000psi high pressure hose with bend restrictor and
quick couplers.
- Trigger
gun control with 36" lance and five color coded tips; 0, 15, 25,
40 degrees and a soap tip.
- Totally
enclosed 040 aluminum unit with hydraulic hood and tail
gate. **
